Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Production
You may request cancellation of an order before it enters production or dispatch.
For personalised products, production may begin shortly after order confirmation. Therefore, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.
2. Personalised Orders
Once design work, printing, engraving, manufacturing, or production has started, personalised orders may not be cancelled because they are created specifically for you.
If DECOCRU has already started production, we may be unable to provide a full refund. Where cancellation is possible after design work has begun, reasonable design, production, material, or processing charges may be deducted.
3. Ready-to-Ship Orders
Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be governed by the Refund & Return Policy.
4. Cancellation by DECOCRU
DECOCRU may cancel an order if:
- Payment is unsuccessful or incomplete
- Personalisation details are incomplete, unclear, or not received in time
- The product is unavailable
- The delivery address is not serviceable
- There is a pricing, listing, or technical error
- The order appears fraudulent or violates these Terms & Conditions
If DECOCRU cancels a prepaid order, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within [5–10 business days], subject to payment-provider timelines.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Orders cancelled before production: eligible for a full refund, subject to any non-refundable payment-gateway charges where applicable.
- Personalised orders cancelled after production begins: refund eligibility will be assessed based on the stage of production.
- Orders already dispatched: shipping charges may not be refundable unless cancellation is due to an error by DECOCRU.
