After dispatch, delivery timelines generally depend on the delivery location and courier partner:

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, mobile number, and recipient details. DECOCRU is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery according to their service policy. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unsuccessful attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  2. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

DECOCRU is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, natural events, government restrictions, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
